Care Connection for Kids is part of a statewide system that helps families with children with special health care needs receive the community, educational and medical care they need so that they can reach their maximum potential. Dr. Flatin has been a board certified pediatrician since 1992. She is assistant professor of pediatrics at EVMS and has been with GAP since 1995.
