Dr. Willis grew up in New Jersey and also lived in Massachusetts, where she graduated from the University of Massachusetts. Prior to joining CHKD, she worked in private practice in New Jersey. After moving to the Hampton Roads area, she worked as a neonatal hospitalist. Dr. Willis enjoys building relationships with patients and their families. Outside of work, Dr. Willis enjoys the beach, traveling and exploring new areas. She has gone on medical mission trips to Honduras and Namibia.
